01Reload the video page
After installing or updating Lumi, reload the current YouTube or Bilibili video page.
02Make sure Lumi is enabled
Open Chrome’s extensions page, confirm Lumi is enabled, and pin it to the browser toolbar.
03Check feature settings
For AI or translation issues, check that your model, API key, or Lumi AI token balance is available.
04Update to the latest version
Confirm you have the latest Lumi version from the Chrome Web Store, then try the video again.
